Akshaya E Centre (“we”, “us”) is a citizen service centre at 1765, Akshaya E Kendram, Pushpa Junction, Nagaram, Kozhikode, Kerala 673002, India (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-KL-08-0032425).

2. Information we collect

• Your name, mobile number and address, given when you use our services.
• Details needed for the application you ask us to file (for example application numbers, service type and supporting documents).
• Billing records of services provided at our centre.

3. How we use it

• To file and follow up the applications you request on the relevant government portals.
• To inform you about the status of your application (for example “approved” or “ready for collection”) by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To keep billing and accounting records.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send you advertising on WhatsApp.

4. WhatsApp messages

Service updates are sent from our WhatsApp Business number +91 495 230 1371 using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. To send a message, your mobile number and the message content are processed by Meta under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us at the counter.

5. Sharing

We share your information only with the government department or portal handling your application, with service providers needed to deliver our messages (such as Meta/WhatsApp), or when required by law.

6. Storage and security

Records are kept on our centre’s own computer system with restricted staff access, and only for as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting requirements.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to correct your details, or to stop sending you WhatsApp or SMS updates, by contacting us below.
